Simple and efficient.

The hot spot kept me connected to the internet during my entire trip. The ick up at my hotel and the return envelope were very convenient. I've already recommended them to a friend who id traveling to Japan soon.

I relied on the wifi my entire trip. This one worked well.

Have ease of mind when you travel! Internet no matter where you are. Get their eSIM! Great coverage! This was my first time in Japan, and it took me 3 minutes to get service :)

there is cheaper wifi plan such as Zeus but this wireless has a seamless strong internet connection. longer plan saves lots money! highly recommended for workasion business people

We utilized Japan Wireless for our trip last month and it was so helpful having our own Mifi network when out exploring. Easy to pickup and return, will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent stuff! Very easy to set up and I never had a single issue, the connection was fast and reliable everywhere I went. Pocket WiFi options are always better than eSIMs and this was no exception. Will definitely be using this again on future trips!

My smartphone doesn't have e-sim option. So, this one is a cheap option and it's pretty good. It worked the 30 days and I have never lost signal while I was there.

This was available during holidays and provided good coverage for two phones. And it was easy to return! Would use it again!

Have been renting this wifi for yrs on my trips to Japan & have been content with the service and ease of use. Have received help in English with customer service in the past when there was an issue and response was satisfactory.
