We were two people sharing the pocket wifi through 16 days on vacation in Japan and it worked perfect every day. It doesn’t take up much space and with the powerbank provided it never ran out.

Great service, the device was conveniently delivered to our hotel, the return process was super easy at the airport, and the internet worked very well during our trip - happy customers

Worked great. Delivery to hotel and drop off at airport was smooth.

Japan WiFi was very smooth experience for us from getting the device to returning it back. We had no issues with connecting anywhere - thanks

Very stable and strong connection, plus on time delivery and easy return

Portable wi-fi worked flawlessly. Made our first Japan vacation that much better. Easy pick up at our hotel and just as easy to return. Just put it in the supplied return package and drop it in the postal drop box at the airport. Highly recommended, A+++

Awesome service! The product worked as intended

Japan Wireless is so reliable and convenient. I’ve been using their services since 2013 almost yearly.

Helped me have internet all day and no issues. Would recommend to anyone in need of a pocket wifi
