So handy to have in your bag and not to have to worry about finding wifi

Everything worked as advertised. Being able to work off of WiFi during our trip instead trying to find WiFi or use data made it very convenient.

I used Japan wireless service in April 2025 for 19 days. It was so easy to set up. Arranged to pick it up from the airport so had immediate access to internet as we used it for google maps. Never had a problem with it, battery lasted for about 10hrs and we were also provided with a portable charger which I don’t think we actually used. When I go back to Japan in the future I would use the service again. We had 2 people using it consistently with a third also using it now and again.

Worked great! The battery and cable didn’t work this time but the last couple of times everything worked. Will use again soon!

Japan Wireless is great! The portable wifi was a lifesaver during our 10 day trip in Japan. I will definitely use them again when I return in the Fall.
