We received excellent detailed information for pickup and drop off. The unit worked well for our entire 8 day trip and we did not run into any issues. We used them for our first trip and then again for this one and we’re not disappointed. Thank you!

Collected the Pocket WiFii at Haneda, used it all over Japan for 2 weeks. No issues, always had connectivity. Drop off at Hanida Airport postal box. Definitely recommend for seamless service.

My second time using Japan Wireless. Very detailed instructions as to where to pick up and return the router. Pick up was super easy and fast. Connection for 3 phones was good. Communication with the company was great too. They responded quickly. I’ll definitely go with Japan wireless again.

Really easy to collect set up and use. Four of us collectively used it for 3 weeks on a trip to Japan (April 2025) where we travelled from Yamagata in the north to Hiroshima in the south and had no problems at all with connectivity. Would highly recommend.
