It worked perfectly everywhere we went. Highly suggested.

The eSIM worked prefectly, I had no problem connecting to the internet

Perfect, nice product

Our service and product was perfect. We wouldn't have been able to enjoy our special holiday in Japan without Japan Wireless.

The Japan Wireless WiFi worked awesome the entire 30 days we were in Japan. Would definitely use them again.

Never dropped a signal. Quick and easy pickup and drop off. Easy ordering online and was ready upon arrival

Great idea while travelling Japan. No worries about data limits. Comes with everything you need extra batteries pack, cords and bag. Easy pick up from the airport and drop off into the post box after. Able to connect two iPads and two iPhones. Never had any connectivity issues. Easy and simple to connect your phone first time. If going to Japan consider this as an easy way to stay connected.

This is my 2nd time using this product and it never fails! It's easy to fit in my travel pack and lasts the whole day with the extra charger! I never had issues with it once.

Excellent service for changing delivery location. Equipment worked flawlessly all the time of our vacation. Will use service again.

We had a little trouble connecting, most likely self inflicted but the email response sorted the issue with half a day. We used the esim while onboard our cruise ship and found it worked about 70 to 80% of the time and on shore it worked perfectly through out our various locations in Japan.
