The device was a must-have for our large group. Three or four users connected to the device at all times and never experienced slowness. We expected some degradation in the labyrinthine major city train stations which was expected but never lost connection. More importantly, we relied heavily on Google Maps and never missed a train because of a slow or lost connection.

The convenient hotel delivery and postal box drop-off was wonderful. I will use Japan Wireless next time.

This is my third time using Japan Wireless WiFi. They delivered to my hotel and I was able to just drop off in any post mailbox. Portable WiFi worked very well. Recommend!

The devices were at the airport, ready for pick up as we landed and it was very convenient to drop it off at the mailbox at the airport before we departed. The signal was very strong and the data was fast.

My wife and I were planning on activating our International plan while in Japan. But after extensive research on the best service and provider to use, we went with Japan Wireless. Japan Wireless exceeded our expectations and we never had an issue or drop off coverage! We will for sure use them again.
