User friendly and reliable!

It was a great experience! Japan Wireless's wifi made our trip memorable. The speed was amazing and the inclusion of Power-bank in the package was very thoughtful.

I'm a repeat customer as I always rent from Japan Wireless when I go stay in Japan for long periods. The wireless service is impeccable with a fast and reliable connection, and the wifi unit is also small with good battery life, so it's convenient to carry around and does not require charging throughout the day. The paid postal envelope provided for returning the wifi unit also makes it super convenient, so I highly recommend Japan Wireless to everyone!

Japan wireless is the easiest way to have economical and affordable wifi throughout your visit to Japan. Instructions are easy to pick up and drop off before you board your flight. The device is small and packed well with accessories for evdrything you may need for your trip. Highly recommend!

great service which worked so well for our 3 week trip to Japan, whether in the city or in the middle of nowhere

So reliable, the wi-fi was consistently available wherever we went, from Tokyo to Osaka. I would definitely use it again when I go Japan.

The pocket wifi was delivered to my hotel on time with easy instructions. Returning was also convenient with drop off at the airport mailbox. Definitely recommended.

I’ve been using Japan Wireless for 10 or so years now. Fast and reliable service and great products.
