I have to give 5 stars, when I went to Japan it was very easy, since the pick up of the package at the airport until the drop off. Very easy to install on my phone and the service 100%. When I was going for my second visit to Japan I bought again the pocket WiFi, unfortunately I couldn’t make , I have to say when I contact them the money was return into my account in a couple of days. Fantastic Service
