The booth was easy to find once we had arrived and collection was smooth. It was explained how the router worked and how to return once it was no longer needed. We travelled in Japan for 3 weeks, Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nagano and Atami. We had no problems at all with using the router. It was useful to have the back-up battery, but we didn't really need to use it. If ever we return to Japan I would defiantly use Japan Wireless again.
