Very easy to setup, use, and return
Thank you

very good dependable service1

As we have locked phones, Japan Wireless was a perfect way for us to keep connected so we could search out routes to travel and find good places for meals. The unit was easy to carry and had a battery backup that kept the unit charged for the full day. Connectivity was key for us to enjoy our vacation and Japan Wireless was able to provide it.

Return customer - again great service!
Easy to book, Wi-Fi kit waiting for me at hotel, easy drop off at Haneda Airport. Will definitely use on future trips to Japan.

This is the second time I’ve rented a pocket WiFi and I am very pleased with the service. This time, I compared the service with a eSIM and pocket WiFi is better overall. Japan wireless makes it so easy to rent online, pick up and return. We used the unlimited plan. Made our trip much more productive and stress free.

Easy to use, instructions were clear, return was convenient, would recommend

連線很快也很迅速，安裝也很方便，下次可以再買

I am an American from California who traveled to Tokyo, Osaka, and Hiroshima. Throughout my travels, I used my JapanWireless box to stay connected to family members, navigate using maps, and order food online. The connection was 99% reliable as long as I kept the box charged. I highly recommend using this service to anyone traveling to Japan for vacation!

Easy pick up and return, wireless connection was also excellent. We never had an issue.

All was nice, fast to pickup, very easy to return it and equipment works very well.
