JW is my essential service to get around Japan. I am a regular customer (I travel to Japan twice a year) and since using JW, I travel calmly and safely. It has never failed me and the price of the service seems the best considering everything that JW's Wi-Fi service offers me.

We were in Japan for 5 active days and I not sure if we could survive without the mobile Wi-Fi rental device from Japan Wireless. It is a must to use trains and to be at the Tokyo Disneyland.

We enjoyed complete satisfaction with the unit we received and the service provided by Japan Wireless. Our unit’s wifi connection allowed for much faster download speeds when searching, as my slightly older iPhone was throttled somewhat on hotel networks and the regular cell service we had access to through our US provider.

Easy to order and pick up. Came with a portable charger which came in handy on long days out. Easy to return too at the airport mailbox.

easy to use, worked well and gave enough data for my whole family to use. i had a little bit of a hard time finding the location to pick up at the airport, but eventually figured it out.

During our trip to Japan we used the Japan Wireless for the Internet connection. It was really good quality and came with a power bank that was very useful. I would recommend that service to everyone who wants to travel to Japan, you would be very happy with the Internet on the go.
