Japan Wireless made my trip to Japan smooth and stress-free with their convenient eSIM service. Activating it was a breeze, perfect for solo travelers like me. No more carrying around pocket WiFi – just use your own phone, unlocked and eSIM compatible, and you're good to go.

At the airport, connecting was effortless with their free WiFi. Although I had a minor signal hiccup, a quick fix got me back online, and their customer service was responsive and helpful throughout.

The 20GB plan I chose good for my 7 days trip, covering everything from navigation to staying in touch with loved ones. Even in popular spots like Hakone, Kamakura, and Tokyo, the signal remained strong.

Looking ahead to my next adventure in Japan, I'll certainly be turning to Japan Wireless once again when I return in 2025 to explore Osaka and Nagoya. Arigato Gozaimasu! As a satisfied Japan Wireless eSIM user from the Philippines, I highly recommend their service to fellow travelers.

Unlimited, reliable and rather affordable solution for outdoor networking. And the pick-up/drop-off service is very convenient. Best choice we made for our 3 weeks trip

Everything went weel.

Good . Reception good . Easy

Everything was smooth. Easy pickup, easy to use and easy to return. The price was good.

The pocket wifis were already there at the hotel when we arrived. Easy to set up and worked well throughout the entire trip. Easy return too. Handy that it came with a powerbank because the pocket wifi doesn't last all day. No complaints. Will order again from Japan Wireless.

The best wifi provider in Japan. Have been using them everytime i visit the country.

Easy, reliable and cheap! Would highly recommend

Everything about this order went smoothly
