Great service , flight was cancelled and we flew into a different airport . Japan wireless delivered to our hotel and it was there before we arrived. We used it for our 12 day cruise and reception while sailing close within Japanese waters was good.

Easy pick up and drop off. The pocket WiFi worked greatt.

I loved getting the WiFi from Japan wireless. It was so easy to get and convenient. I love the fact that I was able to send the pocket WiFi to my hotel when I could not pick it up at the airport. High recommend if you are planning to use pocket WiFi. The WiFi is very fast. Sometimes faster than hotel WiFi.

I have used the services multiple times and always satisfied. My last visit to Tokyo last month the pocket Wi-Fi died and I received a replacement on the same day delivered to my hotel. Fantastic service experienced.

Wi-fi poket arrived in hotel the day after ordering it. Very simple use. Very easy to return back, just insert it in the attached envelope and put in the postcase

This was my first time renting a pocket WiFi and it was great. Much cheaper than an international plan by my carrier. Very easy to use, never ran out of battery life and was used by multiple people. Will definitely go this route again. Pickup and return was also very easy

Pickup and drop off are effortless. We had great connectivity traveling through the country. Two mobile hotspots shared by 6 of us traveling together was enough coverage for everyone.
