From reserving the pocket WiFi to pick up and drop off, the whole process was such a breeze. We were able to use the pocket WiFi as a family with extreme ease and never encountered any issue while connecting. Highly recommend!

The pocket Wi-Fi is an easy to use device. Just turn it on and enter in the password on your phone or device you want to connect with. Returning was easy.

I do however recommend eSim if your phone support it. We had both for flexibility in our travels which others may or may not need.

We relied on this our whole 2 week trip around Sapporo. It was great to have and worked well for most of our time. We had trouble charging it if we ever had to use the mobile battery pack. It seemed like it only actually charged via outlet. But we made it work by keeping it plugged in each night. We also had network issues a couple times but we were able to reset it for a better connection a couple times. Overall I would get this product again and recommend it to others. It was very helpful!

Easy Pick up, and constant internet connection throughout the whole trip was great. This is my second time using Japan Wireless and I am very satisfied with it. Should I visit Japan again (Maybe next year). I will 100% book again.
