Great product and service

Really good coverage throughout our whole trip I’m Japan. Good value for money. Battery lasted for ages and didn’t have to worry about charging much while out of accomodation. Would definitely use again next time I’m in Japan

WiFi always worked perfectly. We were even able to video chat with our family while connected to the pocket wifi.

Pocket WiFi is the best way to stay connected when traveling. The service was easy to order and pick up at the airport. Returning was also easy. I recommend using Japan Wireless.

Very good and easy service. Pocket WLAN was delivered to our first hotel like agreed, worked very well with 2 I-Phones and 2 Notebooks in parallel......after 2 week we have put it in an envelope and send it with normal japanes post back. I can recomment to everybody!

After choosing the plan, upon arriving at the hotel where we asked for the device do be delievered it was already there waiting for us. Set up was straight forward and it has decent speed and coverage was wxcellent as well. Overall it was a good experience.
