Easy to order, easy to use, good instructions. Easy to find at the airport. I had constant access whilst travelling in Japan. Highly recommended.

Great service and so easy to use. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Pick up and drop off straight forward. Worked well on West Coast and inland Honshu.

We had no issues with our WiFi. It worked everywhere, we couldn't have traveled the way we did without it. Pickup and drop off were very convenient- there are mailboxes at both airports, which was important because we flew in to Haneda and out of Narita.

Easy to order, set up, use, and return. We will definitely use this company again!
