Great pocket wifi service!
This was a great service at a good price. It couldn’t be easier to pick up and drop off. It was delivered to my room and waiting for me when I arrived and put in a mailbox outside the hotel when I left. Great product to use and I will do it again if I go back to Japan.
2 weeks rental. Pick up at the hotel perfect. Wifi coverage excellent (round trip from Tokyo to Hiroshima back to Osaka)

Received unit when I checked in at my Tokyo hotel. Had it for 14 days--no problem with connectivity, with unlimited data, free powerbank for on-the-go charging ALWAYS, easy return via postal box drop off. No complaints here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
It was so helpful to have the dongle when we were in Tokyo. The service was perfect from delivery to return. Having the mobile wireless meant we had access to maps, information, Google translate and much more. It made everything so smooth and easy.
