Best Service as ever., Top & hassle free.,

This is the 2nd time I got our pocket wifi through Japan Wireless. We were very happy about it. It was delivered before we even check-in our hotel. I was informed by the hotel staff while I was checking in that a package arrived for me. I was expecting the delivery the next day, which was the 1st day of our rental for it. I guess they sent it a day before since we needed the pocket wifi early.


Returning it was very easy too. Next time I’d try adding the translator!

The choice to get this product while visiting Japan was among the wisest! Very convenient throughout the journey and easily concealed in one’s pocket or backpack. The battery life is great as it remained charged all day; never died once, and is easily rechargeable. If you’re visiting the country please get this product from Japan Wireless!

Great product… strong and consistent wifi… very convenient service

We were able to easily pickup our Wifi devices at Haneda airport and it was very simple to set up & use them. The return process was also easy with the pre-paid shipping envelopes.

The spot wifi worked stably. It nice there is a free powerbank is also provided even though we never need it in our daily usage.

Its easy to use and we Use it from Osaka to Tokyo.Its really convenient for us and also you can return it in any post around the city or airport.

It seemed reliable and cheaper than the cell phone carrier’s international
