Had no issues with the wifi.

100% recommended for every tourist when visiting Japan. Its so practical to use their local data services than my roaming personal roaming connection. Claiming the unit was super easy via KIX. And returns was also a no brainer. Added to that, I spent Php 1000 only of unlimited data for 5 days! Super deal

Excellent Service, quality is good and price is competitive.

Please make sure that the cable connectors are compatible and working properly so that the device may be charged efficiently. Otherwise, the service was great! I will definitely get your services again the next we are in Japan! Thank you!

This worked very well everywhere we traveled. Did not use a SIM card because we also had computers that needed wi-fi too. Speeds were very good. I carried the battery pack and never had an issue running out of power. I would definitely use the pocket wi-fi again.

This company is very detailed and organized. Easy to rent online, airport pick up and drop off when you leave Japan. We had probably a few times where connection wasn't so great but nothing that caused a big fuss during our trip. Would definitely use this service again!

PS. We never had to use the back up battery, once fully charged the device can last a full day.

Had service in most places.

Great service and reliable WiFi during our 10 day trip to Tokyo and Kyoto. No issue with keeping the battery charged with a separate power pack. Will definitely rent again next time we are in Japan.

Service and coverage was excellent. Only issue I had was that it did not come with wires for charging. Will rent again next time we are in Japan. Thank you.

Great service! Email when wifi was delivered to hotel and clear instructions for mail back!
