Amazing !! Will be using again when I visit Japan. Worth it!!!

collection was straightforward once we worked out where within Haneda airport the collection desk was, and drop off is very straightforward (any post box, using a reply paid envelope provided). The unit was easy to use, and it worked well, although battery life is relatively short. However, I didn't use it that much because I found my O2 phone worked almost everywhere.

Good performance👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Thank you Japan wireless! Had the best experience in Japan because of your internet services!

Worked great, price affordable and have battery bank with the router was a life saver

It made our trip to Japan very easy. I highly recommend it to everyone .

It’s pretty easy to use and good.

Worked as expected no problems at all!

Easy picking up and return. Service was fast in Tokyo, but very slow in Kyoto.
