Very easy and convenient using Japan wireless modem. I used it for my whole trip and it helped us get around. Easy to pick up and drop back off before I left. It even comes with a charging battery that really helped on long days of navigation. Thank you, I would definitely use them again.

Convenient and strong wifi

My mobile WiFi was waiting for my hotel for me. Everything has neatly in a bag and instructions were ready. Very easy to set up and lasts about a full day. Prepaid envelope was enclosed and packaged everything up and dropped off at the mail. Seamless experience.

Very convenient! Go anywhere with WIFI

The experience using Japan Wireless has been totally satisfactory. Both the duration of the Wi-Fi signal as well as that of the portable battery have been optimal. The signal quality has been very good. Totally recommended.

The pickup was quick and efficient, I just stopped by the desk and they had it ready to go! Setting it up was easy, and I never lost signal while I was carrying it around the city. Even going to more rural areas the coverage was stable the whole time. Returning process was also clear and convenient. I'll be back the next time I'm in Japan!

Abbiamo preso il dispositivo wifi per il nostro viaggio in Giappone. Utilizzato fin dai primissimi minuti, l'utilizzo è estremamente facile ed intuitivo basta leggere il display appena acceso dove trovate il nome della rete e della password per accedervi. Durante il viaggio è stato essenziale per ogni informazione e ogni vspostamento, funzionando in modo eccellente nelle 4 città in cui siamo stati (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Hakone) e in quelle di transito senza mai abbandonarci. La wifi era potente e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi anche quando ci eravamo allontanati tra di noi di circa 100 metri in ambienti aperti. Anche la durata della batteria non ci ha mai deluso, nonostante il power bank viene fornito in dotazione non ne abbiamo mai avuto il bisogno. Unico accorgimento è la ricezione nelle zone sotterranee come la metro dove ovviamente il segnale non arriva o arriva con difficoltà e se vi servono informazioni di viaggio assicuratevi di cercarle e caricarle prima, ma vale con qualsiasi operatore, oppure aggangiatevi alla rete fornita dalla metro. A fine viaggio ci eravamo affezionati ed abbiamo salutato con un arrivederci il nostro nuovo amico Uro (nome del dispositivo) che ci ha aiutati durante il viaggio. Grazie
