The pick-up location was found easly and everything went smooth. The connection was sturdy, even when traveling outside of big citys like Tokyo or Kyoto. The router lastet the whole day and the price really is unbeatable. all of the instructions were well writen and easy to understand. Returnment went also without problems. Would totally recomend and use again.

Very good, fast internet, very reliable, very good covering. The process is great, it's delivered to your hotel and you return it by mail with the free envelope provided. Will surely use it again.

This is the second time I rented pocjet wifi from JW. It’s so convenient and easy to rent. East to use as well, just turn it on and turn on wifi on ur phone and look for the wifi. The pocket wifi last the whole day with full charge. Also, returning the unit is easy, just follow the written directions. Next I will visit Japan, definitely will rent pocket wifi with them again.

Wifi worked great, and was consistent during my entire 2-week trip.

I didn't have phone service, but this wifi was really helpful. There was once or twice when it had an issue but it was fixed just by turning it off and on again. I'd recommend others to get the same service if they went to Japan.
