Our device was delivered in a timely fashion to our hotel in Tokyo. We had no problems with connectivity or service in Tokyo or in Okinawa. This is our third or fourth time to use Japan Wirelesd and we will continue to do so whenever we come to Japan.

Everything was right, wifi during two weeks. Easy way to pick it up and easy way to return it on the airport. The battery is not enough even the power bank, but we always wear our own power bank, so easy to recharge again.
It gave 3 of us string signal across multiple districts of our travel
The battery would drain out to 1%-4% by evening & required compulsory regular recharging.
Hence we had to carry a fully charged power bank with us all the time.
Overall I highly recommend this device for travellers to Japan
