japan wireless experience is wonderful for me and have been using it for last 18 years

Highly recommend!! Easy to pick and drop off

We appreciated the poket wifi during our trip to Japan. The process of sending it back was easy & stress free.
We will yse it again on our nextctrip to Japan.

I was able to use it most of the time but I did have to reset it often to get a better signal.

Great product, easy to pick up, use, and return

The perception was very good. Sometimes even better than with Wifi in the hotel. It was deliverd with a power bank in case the build battery is low. And that the only con of it, the build in battery was very weak so we need to plug in the power bank for the whole time. Receiving the device was very easy, it was send in time to our hotel. Perfect!
