I was very pleased with the convenience of having the device waiting for me at my hotel and the drop of post box as well. The envelope provided made it so easy. It was quite an easy device to use on my Japan vacation.

I've rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless on many occasions and I've never been disappointed with their service or products. They've always delivered the wifi on-time and the connection is great. It's also helpful that they provide a battery backup, although I've rarely had to use it. I will continue to rent from Japan Wireless for my future travels to Japan.

Japan e-sim is really helpful to have when travelling to Japan to keep you online when navigating routes, opening up google translate and doing anything online. Fast, reliable and has a wide coverage. Highly recommended.
