This thing is a lifesaver. It works better than the WiFi I have at home. And the connection works everywhere, in the mountains, in the country, everywhere. I can use my phone & stream YouTube on my laptop at the same time with no problem. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything was excellent - from ordering online to return. Picking the device up at Kansai airport was simple and the wifi signal was strong wherever we went in Japan. Battery life is OK, but you need to keep your charging discipline with the device and the spare power bank.
Overall, thouroughly recommended

worked well. that i didn't have it on the day i ordered it for was problematic, but company was super good to deal with and getting by on free wifi for a few days was fine

I'm so glad that we got this for our trip - an absolute necessity. Pick up and drop off was super easy, and the extra battery pack was awesome for longer day trips. Will definitely do this again in the future!
