It is the second time I use this service and I am equally satisfied.

We have been travelling through Japan for 2 weeks and used the wireless connection for navigation and information. It worked almost always, even on top of mount Fuji! The external battery is a must if you use the appliance heavily, but this was no problem for us. Great tool which I can advice everyone. Service was great, the wireless device was delivered at our hotel so when we checked in we could use it right away. When we left Japan, we dropped it in the mail! Easy peacy Japanesy! Thanks for your great service.

Personal WiFi is the best way to travel, period. You and your travel companions can stay connected EVERYWHERE in Japan with You own personal device. Tokyo to the slopes of Echigo, on the train on in the line at the shrine! This is the only way to travel!

Highly recommend, fast internet, long lasting battery life. Made getting around every day as well as staying in contact with friends/family back home extremely easy.

Easy to pick up and return. So nice to have access to translator, currency converter, and gps while traveling. Will do from now on when traveling overseas.

Used this hotspot for about 12 days in Japan in Tokyo, Lake Kawaguchiko, Kyoto, Osaka, and Yoshino. Overall worked well in every place, was very helpful to have the extra battery back just in case, although I think I still would have been ok with my own battery pack, but I was happy to know I had backup since I carry a lot of gadgets. Also we accidentally threw out the return envelope and customer service was very responsive and gave us options of how to get a new envelope with good instructions so thank you for that help! The only issue we had with this hotspot was that one night in osaka and in the morning, I noticed it wasn't connecting to any internet. I tried to restart it several times and troubleshoot, but I could not understand the options on it and I even tried to ask a random stranger for help with no luck. Luckily, the internet came on again later that day, not sure what happened, maybe there was a data limit I reached accidentally downloading gopro footage to my phone? But aside from that issue, highly recommend it overall.

Muy buena conexión. La bateria duraba todo el dia. Lo compartimos entre 4 personas y jamás tuvimos problemas. Lo recomiendo!
