We used it for 10 days, without problems. Battery for 12 hours of intensive use. We didn't need to use the battery bank.

I am using Japan Wireless for already 4th (or 5th) time, and I can confirm that it is reliable, convenient and affordable solution. Only the last I time I had some troubles with router (which were solved by rebooting). All the previous times it was working flawlessly.

It was great & helped us wherever we went & kept us online. There were only a couple of times when it was very hot & shut down but it wasn’t a big issue I just had to restart it.

The WiFi worked really well, even odd places In Okinawa. Staff was really fast tí answer if we had any questions. Great service!

I am from the United States and during my recent trip to Japan, I rented 2 pocket WiFi’s for my family to use. The package was waiting at our hotel upon arrival, and included everything needed begin use. It allowed us to use google maps everywhere we went without worrying about WiFi connectivity. Envelope came with the return envelope and I just packed it up and left it at our hotel’s front desk to mail on our way to the airport. Highly recommend!

Very fast even with more devices and works almost everywhere. Easy pick up and return thanks to the replayenvelope. I recommend it!
