Fast wifi and convenient pickup and return

There’s no doubt that the best wifi will give you the best experience in your trip. Seamless map and googling. We also were able to get the slots when getting standby passes on theme parks .

Excellent. Invaluable. The only time I had issues with it was when I was in a multilevel area such as a very large train station where the Wi-Fi unit and my phone just gave up the will to live. Everywhere else though it was very, very useful.

Great prices, and coverage was fantastic

We used Japan Wireless for our pocket wifi while visiting Japan recently. The system worked great! We had the external battery pack as well but didn't need it much since our pocket wifi lasted all day! It was easy to return it at the Tokyo airport in the mailbox outside of the terminal doors. I highly recommend this service.
