Ordered and paid online, delivery made to my hotel and was there upon my arrival, and mailed back using the provided envelope - note I did have to pay a little for the mailing. Overall, it was very easy to use and all equipment provided including a battery. There were a couple of instances in which the wifi did not work or was weak. I had my phone carrier's travel pass as a backup so all was good.

Excellent WiFi, was at the hotel when we arrived.Nice and small worked all over Japan.very easy to return just put it in the supplied envelope & put it in the post box.
