We love the Wi-Fi device you rented us. It worked great everywhere we went and it came in handy repeatedly. Thanks for a great product and even greater service!

I am so glad that I got the business wi-fi with Japan Wireless. My mum and I run the admin department for our small family business in Australia and the wifi kept us going for our two week trip. It was also great to use when we're out and about to find our way around.

Excellent connectivity, excellent customer service

This worked great even on the trains. I was never without internet so I could speak Japanese through mobile app translation.
