Pick up from the airport was straight forward, and was easy to set up and get connected. I tend to use a lot of data for streaming videos, and planning routes for the day and I had no problems, it worked better than most hotel WiFi. Would use again

Very good product. Support was fast . Drop off was easy. Always worked everywhere. I would have been lost without this. The only thing I would have liked was a follow up to let me know they recieved the returned item. An email.

An essential part to an enjoyable trip in Japan! Picked up at the airport and was connected straight away. I could extend my rental time via email and the simply drop it into a mailbox once you are done! Thank you!

It was great having this along my solo trip to Japan, I pretty much have the pocket wifi on the entire time I backpacked Japan, didn't have any issues with connection anywhere I went (Osaka, Kyoto, & Tokyo)....package also came with a portable power bank. A must have!!! Highly Recommend!!!
