Perfect for my trip!

I’ve always used Japan-wireless for all of my trips to Japan because of the excellent connectivity and superb customer service. I highly recommend them!

Nice service, good device, perfect connection and Internet

Great reception even in remote areas..

Couldn't have survived without it, perfect for connectivity to find your way around and to keep the kids entertained during long train rides.

Effortless, Efficient

I used this on my recent Japan trip. It was delivered to my hotel which was very convenient. My pocket wifi was defective and Japan wireless sent a replacement the next day to my hotel. Also, they refunded me a couple of days for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this company when needing a pocket wifi!

Super easy to use, recieve and return. Excelent coverage in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima. Thanks!

This service is good, you get great value from this option. Wifi connectivity is strong with multiple devices. However the battery seemed to drain rather fast sometimes and the unit can get very hot. Overall a positive experience.
