Rented a pocket wifi for 2 weeks at a great price. Japan Wireless emailed easy and clear directions to pick up the pocket wifi at Haneda Airport, and setup was quick and easy. The device worked everywhere we went in Japan, and the mobile battery that was provided came in handy on those days we were out and about for more than 8 hours.

Essential for a tourist in Japan! Reasonable rates and very easy to rent and return.

5 of us had unlimited wifi for 18 days. Always able to use Google maps for all our travel needs. Fantastic- would 100% recommend!

Easy to setup and use. Worked perfectly in the locations I went to - Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto. Good to use with the JW's SIM cards so all the family's smartphones - Google Pixel 2 and iPhone 7 - could keep in touch.
