Efficient services. WiFi router is easy to use and dependable. I use Japan Wireless WiFi router every time when I come to Japan. I like the service of free delivery to the hotel you stay and it also gives you the return envelope to return the router, cable, and battery pack. Very efficient!

I ordered the business wifi and it was waiting for me at the hotel upon check-in. The hotspot worked flawlessly throughout our two week stay in the Tokyo area, giving us a solid connection even in the mountains of Hakone. I would not hesitate to use this service again.
