No complaints—setup was simple, and the eSIM worked flawlessly as soon as I arrived in Japan.

Very easy to work with. Service and communication were excellent; they made sure to keep me informed with delivery times and other updates. Japan Wireless exceeded my expectations and I will be using their services again next time I’m in Japan.

Funcionó desde el primer momento. La recogí rápidamente a mi llegada al aeropuerto y tuve muy buena cobertura durante todo mi estancia en Japón, incluido en islas pequeñas de Okinawa. Totalmente recomendable.

It is very convenient and perfect strong signal!

Super easy pick up and drop off right at the airport. Fast wifi all throughout my 2 weeks stay in all locations I visited (Tokyo, Yokohama, town near Mt Fuji, Kyoto, and Osaka). Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with Japan Wireless service. We booked a pocket wifi for two weeks with unlimited data and it came very handy. The only issue we had was to find the counter at the Narita airport, but when we asked to the airport staff they were able to direct us to it.
Super easy to pick up and drop it before we left the country.

For a second year the pocket wifi has been absolutely perfect. I cannot imagine how I would cope on my visit to Japan without this essential bit of hassle free kit!

This is the second time my husband and I used Japan wireless for wifi. We have just booked it again for our next trip. We get 2 of them and they are great.

This was our second time ordering a pocket wifi in Japan, with Japan wireless and we are as satisfied as ever!
The pocket wifi can be delivered directly to you hotel, which makes it in our opinion easier depending on when you land at the airport as the pick up location might be closed. But still to have the option is such a luxury.
The device is very easy to handle and intuitive and we had fantastic wifi everywhere. In very rural regions or when we travelled between regions, we needed to restart sometimes our pocket wifi so that it could choose a new network, but that was always very quick and easy to handle.
100% booking wifi with them again for our next travel!
The return is also very easy as they provide you with everything you need to return the devices via mail.

It served my wife and I very well well! 😍 we were satisfied!
