This is the second time my husband and I used Japan wireless for wifi. We have just booked it again for our next trip. We get 2 of them and they are great.

This was our second time ordering a pocket wifi in Japan, with Japan wireless and we are as satisfied as ever!
The pocket wifi can be delivered directly to you hotel, which makes it in our opinion easier depending on when you land at the airport as the pick up location might be closed. But still to have the option is such a luxury.
The device is very easy to handle and intuitive and we had fantastic wifi everywhere. In very rural regions or when we travelled between regions, we needed to restart sometimes our pocket wifi so that it could choose a new network, but that was always very quick and easy to handle.
100% booking wifi with them again for our next travel!
The return is also very easy as they provide you with everything you need to return the devices via mail.

Everything went better than expected. We had great internet throughout the trip and customer service, when thinking about changing location of device to be received, was exceptional.

This is the 2nd time we rented out a wireless device in Japan, and as usual, dependable and Convenient to use, easy to claim and return.

Service works great. My last order was missing the connection cable.

Pocket wi-fi performed well. Had to switch over at point, but service resumed and continued with no problems.
