Super easy pick up and drop off right at the airport. Fast wifi all throughout my 2 weeks stay in all locations I visited (Tokyo, Yokohama, town near Mt Fuji, Kyoto, and Osaka). Highly recommend!
We were very impressed with Japan Wireless service. We booked a pocket wifi for two weeks with unlimited data and it came very handy. The only issue we had was to find the counter at the Narita airport, but when we asked to the airport staff they were able to direct us to it.
