I have used Japan Wireless numerous times and the service is always great. If you have any questions the staff is always quick to answer.
Very reliable service. Easy return.
Works fantastic, coverage is great. Highly recommend.
Amazing service, worked seamlessly when travelling extensively throughout Japan!
DATA COVERAGE FOR MY DEVICE WAS EXCELLENT THROUGHOUT OUR STAY IN OSAKA.
Connectivity was great everywhere, and the pocket wifi lasted all day with 4 people constantly on. Even on heavy traffic days, like visiting Disney and USJ, the pocket wifi wouldn't last the full day however the spare battery pack that comes with the rental is always there to save the day. Overall highly recommended.
Very easy to activate the eSim by scanning the QR code and following the instructions. The coverage and data speed is good.
Easy to pickup and easy to return. The pocket wifi served my family well from Tokyo to Hakone to Osaka.
Very reasonable pricing. Very reliable unit and service.
I just had difficulty finding the kiosk at Haneda, people pointed me to different directions.
Great service and good reception everywhere we travelled.
