As an Aussie mum travelling through Japan with multiple devices, I honestly couldn’t fault Japan Wireless. The whole experience was SO easy from start to finish and the Wi-Fi was amazing the entire trip.
We used it constantly across multiple devices every day and had perfect coverage everywhere; including Disney, where I expected it might struggle, but it never skipped a beat once.
I also loved that it came with absolutely everything we needed: the charger, adapter, and an extra battery pack. Japan uses 100V power, which is lower than Australia’s standard voltage, so having the correct charger and adapter included made things super simple. 
The bonus battery pack ended up being incredibly handy too because I could use it to charge our other devices throughout the day while we were out exploring.
The delivery process was seamless; it was waiting for us at our first hotel when we arrived, and returning it was just as easy by dropping it into a post box before we left.
Genuinely one of the easiest and best travel services I’ve used. I would 100% use Japan Wireless again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Japan, especially families.

First time using Japan Wireless, and it made traveling so much easier. Connection was fast, setup was simple, and I had no issues during my trip. I definitely recommend getting a pocket Wi-Fi while traveling to avoid expensive phone carrier charges.

Picked up the device at the airport, used it without fault for my whole trip, deposited it back at the airport before my flight. Could not be easier to manage. I will certainly be using Japan Wireless again for future visits.
