excellent coverage.

A great, cheaper alternative to global roaming. Good speed and battery life with 4 adults connected all day while out and about. No issues from Tokyo to smaller, more remote towns.

Rented a pocket wifi 12 days in Dec 24, it was my third time with Japan Wireless wifi, never had a problem.

We made a last minute decision to go with a
Pocket WiFi after we ran through our cell data quicker than planned. The device arrived quickly and the setup, use and return was extremely easy and well explained.

Friendly & helpful customer service. The product worked as expected and I had no issues with what they provided me.

easy to use, easy to drop off. pick up was a little difficult because the booth is so small and a bit hidden but otherwise a great thing to have during my 2 weeks in japan

The wifi was very reliable and the service was quick and convenient. Well worth the price and a must have for your trip to Japan!
