A wonderful service! This is our second trip to Japan and both times using Japan wireless. Our device was waiting for us on arrival at our hotel and we had internet access instantly our whole holiday, hassle free. Would highly recommend for easy, no hassle wifi access.
Thank you

The pocket Wi-Fi rental experience was excellent from the start (internet reservation & airport pickup) to finish (mail envelope for easy return). Also, the email notifications confirming the return set my mind at ease.

I had to stay an extra day and their extension process is very convenient. This was my third rental from Japan Wireless and will do so again next time I visit Japan.

I’ve used the physical hotspot three times now with no issues. Hassle free

This is by far the most convenient pocket wifi and reasonable. I already used their service twice and so worth it and reliable. The best.

Much cheaper than using my phone carrier’s international plan and the pocket WiFi works the whole day since there is also back up battery pack

Very good service, easy to travel with, pick up and delivery was easy.

very useful for my 6 months trip !
i could use it everywhere and it worked well !

I traveled from Hiroshima to Sapporo and had good coverage and internet speed in every city and for most of the long train rides. My service ended one day early so I reached out using hotel internet and they were able to restart my service within 2 hours. Their service was very quick and helpful and the convenience of having mobile wifi is definitely a must when traveling throughout Japan.

Easy to order. Device was waiting for us at the front desk of our hotel upon arrival. Worked flawlessly during our road trip. Hazel free return. Win, win, win!

Best wireless company!!! I've been using them for many years and they never disappoint with their devices!!! Thank you!!!
