Great service worked well

Great service & very easy to use. Did not have a single issue for the entire 7 day hotspot rental.

This service was a lifesaver during my work trip to Japan. Picking up and returning the hotspot at the airport was seamless and hassle-free. We booked it online about a week before our arrival at Narita Airport.

This was my second time renting from Japan Wireless. Easy and reliable.

Pocket WiFi was confirmed upon placing the order and status updated at each step. It was waiting for me at hotel check in, worked perfectly, and was easy to return. I have used Japan wireless twice and will continue to do so in the future.

I would have had to pay $12 per day to have international data in Japan through my carrier instead for 9 days I paid $36 for an eSIM and I had internet without a single problem through the 9 days for a third of the price. Really clear instructions on how to activate and fairly easy to activate and really really happy with the service!

Our Sim cards were ordered online and delivered to our hotel on the day of our arrival in Japan. Super easy to use, excellent service. Highly recommended
