Strong internet connection. Very convenient to use.

The first sim card I bought was amazing, just put it in and worked like a charm, the second one (15 day) sadly didn't and couldn't get it to work but still fantastic service

I have a Samsung s23 ultra and I was able to activate my esim with the QR easily. The price was fair and the service was great everywhere I went in Tokyo and Hakuba.

This wireless WiFi device is really convenient and so easy to use. It fit nicely in my purse and it lasted all day and I didn’t have to charge it until late at night. Although I took the backup battery along, I never had to use it. The device was waiting for me at my hotel and I just had to place all equipment into the provided envelope and mail it from the airport.

I rented Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi for the 5th or 6th time this January. Service was as quick and efficient as ever -- I made a mistake in booking, booked an extra day by mistake, and when I corrected it they gave me my refund for the extra day within hours. Smooth experience getting the wifi units at the NEST office in KIX airport.
