Everything worked as expected.

Travelling around Japan, this allowed both me and my son access to the internet wherever we were. It came in very handy when using a map feature in Tokyo.

Product was delivered to my hotel in Tokyo on time as promised, and worked perfectly for my entire trip (27 days). Set up was easy and wi-fi almost always lasted the entire day without having to top up the charge.

Very simple - no hassle

This was really fantastic for our 10-day trip to Japan. The pocket wi-fi lasted the entire day with three people connected to it, we barely needed the power bank that they provided. We went up a mountain and still had great connection.

I have rented the mobile hotspot now 4 different times and every time the internet connectivity is solid, the hotspot is very easy to use, and customer service is OUTSTANDING.

The device performed flawlessly for 12 days and when it inexplicably slowed down a replacement was delivered within 24 hours. I'll use Japan Wireless again next time.
