Fast and easy to use. I recommend it for sure

Having wi-fi whenever necessary- especially in the wilds of Kyushu- was invaluable and that little unit was up to the task! The portable charger was pretty 'benri' too! Many thanks and see you next year!

Fully recommend this service. All went smoothly even when i had a technical issue one day the solution was provided in a few minutes!

If you are traveling to Japan, I would highly recommend this instead of getting it at the airport. The price is cheaper than the stalls at the airport......

I was able to get signals all over Japan including on the bullet train. This is a great device and service, far better than what we get in Toronto Canada

All worked fine. Pickup at Postoffice at Tokio Airport and provided resend package per post parcel was perfect

Quick response to my equipment problem. — too slow to charge & didn’t hold charge well

I always recommend Japan wireless to my friends if they plan to travel to Japan.
The free delivery and prepaid return shipping make it so easy and effortless.
The wifi service has great coverage and long battery life on the new units.

This was a wonderful addition to my trip - thank you so much for offering such a great product. Sandy

Easy to pick up, easy to use, and great reception throughout our travels in Japan
