A must while traveling in Japan. Never had an issue with service

Easy to pick up and bring back at Narita airport. Good coverage most places. Also suited to stream videos and TV. Not sure whether 5G available...

Got premium WiFi during my recent trip to Japan. Works perfectly in Tochigi, Gunma, Nagano and Tokyo prefectures.

We had ordered the pocket WIFI in U.S.A and requested to have it shipped to our hotel in Tokyo, Japan the day we arrived. On the day we arrived, the pocket WIFI was there at the hotel reception desk. The WIFI saved us lots of time and money because we can get signal everywhere and even on the subway and trains. The pocket wifi is best for family because everyone would have signals. Then on the day we flied home, we just put it into the preaddress postage envelop and drop it in the airport mail box. What a convenient way to have our own WIFI. Thanks for the product and the service! Money was well spent!

I ordered the router two weeks before i travelled from germany to japan.
I picked it up in my first hotel, switched it on, scan the qr- code and everything works perfect all the time.
