I am very pleased with the excellent service from Japan Wireless. I’ll use them every time!

Instructions easy to follow, easy to use. Very good company

The portable wifi was delivered to my hotel, and I received it when I checked in. Product was easy to set up and easy to use. The wifi connection was reliable and very good throughout my stay in Japan. I used it often. No complaints. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Japan and wants reliable wifi connection.

Pick up at airport went well. Convenient drop off also using post.

Used the pocket Wifi during my one week trip in Japan, with multiple devices. Delivery to hotel was convinient and perfectly on time. Usability is great and had always good connection. Return also very customer friendly. Would use it again.

Very satisfied with everything related to our rental of pocket wi-fi. Super easy and did the job perfectly with 3 of us sharing the wi-fi on the go for 3 weeks in Japan.

I've used this service EVERY time I come to Japan and never disappointed by it. Perfection.

good quality wifi. very easy to use. I took an additional power battery but it wasn't really useful since the pocket wifi had a good autonomy already.

Very good connection and at high speed

Been ordering from JW for years. Always first class in all respects.
