The WiFi was great during the time we were in Okinawa. Didn’t have any problems with connectivity. The process to return the WiFi was so easy and I would definitely use them again. Prices were reasonable. Again, great service and great experience.

This is not the first time I've used Japan Wireless. They always offer fast shipping even when ordering last minute they can send it to your hotel within a few hours. Whenever I've had problems with the wifi customer service is quick to respond and try to help you fix the problem If they can't then they send a quick replacement.
