I stay for two weeks in Japan an i never have a problem with it

Really good value for 2 weeks renting. Always good connection and battery lasted all day. Barely needed to use the power bank but was great to have when needed.

I’ve use Japan-wifi from 3 time now arriving from Australia, perfect every time. Pick up is so easy from airport or at hotel of my choice.

Great decision to carry the pocket WiFi on our trip. Especially useful with Google Maps. My carrier’s speed was too slow.

This was our first return trip to Japan in 4 years because of the pandemic. We aleays use Japan Wireless because the service is excellent, delivery and return is convenient.

Speed and connectivity is very important, and this was excellent
