Really convenient to pick up at airport & set up. Super reliable service & they provide an envelope to drop it off when you are done in any post box. They have them at the airport also.

We would not have been able to travel in Japan without this pocket wifi device! The reservation and pickup at Haneda was super easy, and we were able to drop off at a post office box at the airport in Osaka before we left. I charged it each night and used it all day while out and about. The only one time in 10 days that I lost connection (which was probably my phone, or maybe something about the location at Osaka Castle), I restarted both the pocket wifi and my phone and it came right back online. This was super easy to use and well worth every bit of the already reasonable price.

Very easy to setup and start using. A single unit supported all six of our family members phones. Excellent coverage throughout Tokyo, Kyoto and Nagoya. Very glad I chose Japan Wireless.
