I have used Japan Wireless many times and cannot fault their service. My device has always been waiting for me in my hotel hen I arrive, I have had brilliant coverage all over Japan and it has been simple to return at the end of my trip.

This was extremely easy to pickup the unit. There were 4 of us and we never had an issue with using the portable wifi at any time. The return envelope was convenient and I dropped it in the mail by my hotel before heading to the airport although I saw a mailbox at the airport where I could have also dropped it off. I would use this service again and recommend it to others.

Japen Wireless never let me down. I didn't have a phone that could take an e-sim and discovered pocket wireless. It was waiting in my Tokyo hotel when I arrived and was so easy to set up. It comes in a large envelope and in that envelope there is a small zip case which contained a small router, spare battery pack, plug and usb cable. It also had a return envelope if you want to post it back at the end of your hire period. I just turned on the router, found the wifi on my mobile phone, put in the password and that was it. It was so easy. We ran two phones of it with fast connections and it never let us down. When finished, I popped it in the return envelope and posted it back from Naze. The next day I received an e-mail form Japan Wireless that they had received the item. I can highly recommend this product. Definitely 5 Star service.
